Product Overview
Struggling with intense muscle soreness and long recovery periods after hard training sessions? Or experiencing digestive discomfort and lowered immune defenses during high-stress training blocks? L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in human skeletal muscle tissue, accounting for roughly 60% of the total amino acid pool. During intense exercise or high stress, glutamine stores drop drastically; without immediate replenishment, the body may break down muscle tissue, while immune and gut barrier defenses weaken!
From premier German sports nutrition brand BODY ATTACK, 100% Pure L-Glutamine (1000g / 400g) provides the highest grade of microfine L-Glutamine powder with 100% purity. Free from added flavors, sweeteners, or bulking agents, it offers exceptional solubility. Whether mixed into whey protein, BCAAs, water, or fruit juice, it rapidly reaches muscle cells to jumpstart recovery while fortifying gut integrity and immune performance!

Recommended Use
Directions:
Take 1 to 2 servings daily. Mix 5 g of powder (approx. 1 level teaspoon) into 200–300 mL of water, fruit juice, pre-workout drink, or post-workout protein shake. Stir or shake until fully dissolved.
Pro Tips for Consumption:
Unflavored Versatility: Because it is 100% unflavored and un-sweetened, it will not alter the taste of your favorite whey protein, BCAA drink, or electrolyte shake.
Avoid Hot Liquids: High heat can degrade the amino acid structure of L-Glutamine; mix only with cold or room-temperature liquids.
Optimal Timing:
-Within 30 Minutes Post-Workout: Muscle glutamine levels drop significantly after training; immediate intake maximizes anti-catabolic recovery.
-Before Bed: Provides a steady supply of glutamine overnight to support sleep recovery and natural growth hormone secretion.
-Morning on an Empty Stomach: For individuals focused on digestive wellness, consuming glutamine first thing in the morning supports gut lining repair.
Target Audience:
-Strength & Fitness Enthusiasts: Athletes engaging in frequent high-intensity training looking to reduce soreness and prevent muscle breakdown.
-Endurance Athletes: Long-distance runners and cyclists who risk overtraining and immune drop-off during prolonged cardio.
-Digestive & Gut Wellness Pursuers: Anyone looking to repair gut barrier integrity, improve digestive tract function, and support mucosal health.
